In recent years, I have discovered a lot more corruption and underhanded police practices at the hands of the Maryborough Police. At this point in time I shall only be speaking on my own personal experience at the hands of the Maryborough Police. I do not wish to incriminate myself or anyone else in my fight to show the rest of Australia, what our taxes are really being spent on...
I would like to mention also the loss of a very great man, during this fight that I started, and it is in his honor that I continue to fight, for a better and justice society within our legal system.
It all started for me in the year 2008, when I had two home evasions, my car stolen, and my ex-husband making false complaints to the police about myself turned a nightmare for me. I could not get the police to act on anything that was happening to me. My eldest daughter was assaulted in the first home invasion and then she was talked out of pressing chargers by certain members of the Maryborough Police. I was assault in the second home invasion and to this day the offenders have never been brought to justice. Although the Maryborough Police are very aware of where this offender lives, in the town of Ballarat.
My car was stolen and I informed the Maryborough Police of who took it and where it was sold to and they never followed it up or charged the people involved to this day.
I myself have been the victim of harassment and false imprisonment, my youngest daughter was dragged into all of this mess and was involved by the Maryborough Police, and ended up in a court of law trying to rectify the wrongs that where coursed by my ex husband and my daughter giving false statements to police during this time.
I myself was arrested and locked up for stalking police, when in fact I felt very justified in believing certain disgraced members of the Maryborough police had in fact been following me. I had all the charges later dropped but I did spend 5 days locked up, separated from my daughter, then kicked out of town for two weeks before court and the charges dropped.
Disgraced officer Grant Allan who I was charged with stalking, which all charges where dropped and I was allowed to return to Maryborough after two weeks away. He has now been committed to trial in October 2013. In Bendigo County Court. One of many disgraced members of the Maryborough Police to be put before the courts on very serious charges...My daughter was taken out of school during this time, transferred with out our knowledge, and I had to fight to get her back to school in Maryborough and was required to stay in emergency housing until my court appearance the the chargers later dropped.

In recent times, my daughter was required to give evidence in a county court trial in Bendigo courts, of an innocent man. It was made very clear that my daughter had in fact been made to give a false statement by my ex husband to implicate my friend in a crime I in fact committed and had been convicted and sentenced on. That he had also made her tell the police that I and my friend threatened to kill her. He was the only one charged with this offense. It has been put before a court of law and he was found not guilty by a jury of the offense and that of arson to which it the crime that I was convict of over 2 and half years ago.
Yet I did assure the police that I did do it alone. My ex husband took it apon him self to get involved and try to use the courts to his advantage. His involvement cost the courts a lot of money and I did and have always said if they had bother to interview me, I would have gladly saved them a lot of time and money, by telling them the truth and I had done the fire on my own. I was never full formally interview after I was charged and confessed I had done the whole thing on my own and why.
